Introducing Covid-Friendly Fall Programming!

It’s your choice: Stay active virtually or in-person this fall! We have more programs coming your way this November:

  • Hiking on Sunday mornings at Beaver Trail in Nepean
  • Strength & Conditioning Tuesday evenings via ZOOM
  • Soccer Programming to improve our athletes’ coordination, agility, and accuracy
  • Family Run Club is back on Sunday mornings
  • ALL NEW Disc Golf with Coach Gavin

Registration opens Thursday, October 22nd at 8pm for both Hiking and Strength & Conditioning!

An active membership is required to register for programs. Be sure to renew your membership if it has expired.

You can also get out in the fresh fall air with the return of our in-person programs, such as the #ausome run club! On Sunday September 27th, Oct 4, and Oct 18 from 10-11am,Coach Amy will be running fun, physically distanced activities for family members of all ages and abilities.
