Sara Acharya—February 2023 Volunteer of the Month
Meet Sara, February’s volunteer of the month. Bubbly and outgoing, Sara joined Ausome at the end of September, looking to a make a difference in her community. Her fave Ausome memory? Supporting an athlete at Get Moving who went from not wanting to enter the gym at start of the program to getting right in there and playing games with everyone else by the end!
When not volunteering, you can find Sara training on the slopes for her next ski race or rehearsing in her school’s production of Mamma Mia! Sara loves working with kids and one day aspires to be an elementary school teacher.
