Group 2: 6:25 pm – 7:15 pm
Location: Corona School of Gymnastics at 155 Colonnade Rd S.
Program Description:
Ausome Ottawa has teamed up with Nepean Corona School of Gymnastics for another round of Gymnastics! This 6-week program is great for beginners and advanced participants. Corona Gymnastics coaches develop engaging activities and lesson plans each week, making sure to have modifications for every skill level. Athletes will enter the gym, participate in a group warmup, and stretch. The groups will then split into two groups and make their way through each circuit set up by the coaches. Athletes have the chance to practice skills on the balance beams, floor, vault and bars.
**IMPORTANT**
Registration for this program will take place on our new registration platform on February 22nd, 2023 at 8:00 PM. To register, you must create a family account and obtain a membership in the new system.
