Come together virtually and stay active with your Ausome friends! Virtual Fitness is all about getting our bodies moving, building strength and having fun. Coach Kyle will run through various multisport and fitness training activities using equipment you can find at home. Each activity in the program can be easily modified to match the skill set of each participant. Ausome volunteers will be online to help demonstrate the modifications. Ausome athletes can do the movements at their own pace and follow along with Ausome coaches, athletes and family members.
