Ausome’s Virtual Yoga program is an opportunity for athletes to come together virtually and stay active together. Participants will be guided through a variety of creative, calm and fun yoga activities. We are learning and building on the fundamentals of yoga which will increase body awareness, help focus and improve balance. Participants will receive a Lesson Plan each week outlining the activities, equipment needed and coaching tips on how to make the activities easier or more challenging. Ausome athletes can move through the activity at their own pace and follow along with Ausome coaches, athletes and parents.
