Sun’s out, Run out

Ausome Friends & Families: Come one, come all to our first ever Family Fun Run Club this Saturday from 12:15-1:00 pm at the field behind St. Elizabeth School (1366 Coldrey Ave). We will also be running together on Apr 28, May 5th and May 12th.

Runners and walkers will collect a popsicle stick for each lap they complete. We will add up all the popsicle sticks to see how far, as a group, we can run each week. We will be plotting our progress virtually on the Ottawa Race weekend marathon course.

THIS IS A DROP-IN PROGRAM WITH NO REGISTRATION (Not to be confused with our ongoing Run Program, which follows our other program formats and is already underway).
