Whether you are walking, running, or cheering, Ausome wants you on our team!
Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend brings together tens of thousands of runners from across Canada and around the world. Events include a 10k, a marathon, one of Canada’s biggest half-marathons, a family-friendly 2K, a speedy 5K, and a marathon for kids. Last year, most team. ausome. families ran and walked the 2k and 5k. In previous years, team members have run the 10k, half marathon, and even the full marathon!
Why should I join team. ausome?
Money raised goes directly to creating and continuing sports programs for children and youth with autism – programs that are provided free to families. It is also used for training community members, coaches, and instructors to help keep our Ausome athletes in the game.
Last year, the Ausome community joined forces and raised over $18,000 dollars.
With your help, this year we can raise even more.

How do I register?

When are the races?
Ottawa Race Weekend 2023 takes place over May 25-26, 2024. The 2K takes place on Saturday, May 25, 2023 at 3:00 pm in front of Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Ave W and 5K takes at 4:00 pm at the same place.

Where and when is team. ausome. meeting?

Do I have to run to participate?
Many participants walk, run or stroller during Race Weekend events. However, with the exception of the Ottawa 2K, baby joggers and strollers are not permitted.
