Program Description:
Are you hoping to get active with the whole family? Bring your family members to run with Ausome! Coach Amy will take families with children of all ages and abilities through a one-hour series of games and activities to encourage movement and fun. Ausome parents/caregivers, Ausome athletes and volunteers will run through each activity at their own pace. This run club will be on a drop-in basis; however, we ask that you do register for each session you plan to attend.
