Program Description: We are very excited to have the Ottawa Titans host another round of Water Polo for our Ausome Kids! This is a three part introduction to water polo program for children who are very comfortable in the water. Children will practice treading water, swimming with a ball, passing to teammates and throwing balls into the net.
Additional Notes: Children should know how to swim independently without flotation devices. Children will be provided with caps, however, they do not have to wear the caps if they are uncomfortable with them on.
