We are introducing N.I.A. Move & Groove with Coach Penny Lee! Get your body moving to music with a mixture of yoga, martial arts and dance moves. “N.I.A.” stands for “neuromuscular integrative action.” Every class will offer a unique combination of 52 simple movements that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core, and the upper extremities. We will continue to build our mind and body connection as we groove through each move. Ausome athletes will move to different songs in this non-impact aerobic workout. So let’s move, let’s groove and have some fun!
