Simon Lee—January 2024 Volunteer of the Month
Meet Simon, Ausome’s Volunteer of the Month! Simon experienced the positive impact of playing sports during his childhood and joined Ausome to provide opportunities for children with autism to play, too. Energetic and caring, Simon loves working with kids and is always eager to learn new things.
His fave Ausome memory? When Ausome athlete, Rojas, began to run and enjoy himself during Ausome soccer instead of sitting out. When not volunteering, Simon spends his time studying, reading manga and playing hockey or basketball. Simon’s favourite quote: “All truly strong people are kind.”
