Ausome Ottawa’s Gone N.U.T.S.

Ausome Ottawa‘s gone N.U.T.S.—we just wrapped another exciting pilot project for 10-13 year olds. It was so AUSOME that we’ll be running more sessions starting this fall. We partnered with Neuron Upgrade Training Station,(NUTS) to get Ausome kids running, jumping, climbing and crawling through obstacles all while challenging their minds.
