Program Description:
We are embracing winter! Ausome is Introducing a brand–new snowshoe program! We are excited to join forces with Kanata Nordic to enjoy their snowshoe trails for this 6-week program. Ausome athletes and their parents/caregivers will join Ausome staff on an outdoor early evening adventure through the trails near Wesley Clover Park. Kanata Nordic has generously offered to lend out snowshoes to any participants who do not own snowshoes. Snowshoe instructors will plan fun activities for participants – winter scavenger hunts, nature bingo, and obstacle courses. This program aims to have athletes moving together, enjoying nature and staying active in a low–impact, friendly environment.
